Welcome to Chiqui! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chiqui mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), provided by [Insert Your Company Name] ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Chiqui, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration
   Age Requirement: The Service is intended strictly for use by parents, legal guardians, or adults over the age of 18. Children are not permitted to create accounts or use the app directly. Parental Responsibility: By creating a profile for a child, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child, and you consent to the collection and use of the information you provide about them in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
   
   
2. Generative AI and Content Disclaimer
   Chiqui utilizes advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to generate personalized bedtime stories based on the prompts and profiles you create. By using the Service, you understand and agree to the following:
• Parent as the Final Filter: AI is a dynamic technology, and its outputs can be unpredictable. We do not manually review every generated story. It is your sole responsibility to review the generated text before reading it aloud to your child to ensure it aligns with your family’s values and your child's sensitivities.
• No Guarantees of Accuracy: While we have strict safety guardrails in place, we cannot guarantee that the AI will always produce error-free, entirely logical, or perfectly flawless content.
• Not Medical or Psychological Advice: Chiqui is an entertainment and bonding tool designed to help parents and children navigate everyday feelings. It is not a medical device, a therapeutic tool, or a substitute for professional psychological, behavioral, or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  
  
3. Acceptable Use
   We want Chiqui to be a safe, magical space. You agree not to use the Service to:
• Generate or attempt to generate content that is violent, explicit, discriminatory, unlawful, or harmful.
• Input sensitive personal data (such as social security numbers or medical diagnoses) into the child profiles or prompts.
• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or "jailbreak" the AI safety guardrails we have established.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the underlying technology or software of the Service.
  
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Acceptable Use guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property and Licensing
   Our Ownership: We own all rights, title, and interest in the Chiqui app, its branding, software, and underlying technology. Your License to the Stories: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, read, and save the stories generated through your account for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not sell, publish, or commercially distribute the stories generated by Chiqui without our express written permission.
   
   
5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations
   In-App Purchases: Chiqui may offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. Renewals and Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions directly through your device's App Store settings. We do not have the ability to manage or refund App Store subscriptions directly.
   
   
6. Privacy and Data Collection
   Your privacy, and your child's privacy, are our highest priority. We only collect the data necessary to provide the Service. For detailed information on how we collect, store, and protect your information, please review our Privacy Policy.
   
   
7. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chiqui and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• The content generated by the AI, including any emotional reactions or behavioral outcomes from reading the stories.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  
  The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  
  
8. Modifications to the Terms
   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
